Originating from the snow-capped valleys of the Himalayas, MO:MO is crafted with love, using simple, honest ingredients, steamed to preserve their pure flavour and honor the cultural rituals behind them.
But today, in the name of trends and “fusion” the essence of MO:MO is being lost.
Overstuffed, over-spiced, wrapped and fried with corn flower, oats and bread corm etc. stripped away from its delicate steamed texture, from the ethnic pride it carries.
We are always against the Pakodas and Curry in the name of MO:MO by frying in different name and in chilly form.
At STEAM Kathmandu, we stand to protect the authentic MO:MO experience.
We do not bend tradition to the present temporary trends in the name of Fusion. We believe the new generation should know and taste the authenticity of MO:MO rather than modern mixings.
